i am a cyborg

i was fitted with my insulin pump on monday

it was going fine until i got connected, and i felt a bit of a shock - it didn't hurt, but there was a slight pang as a realised i am now a cyborg (rather than just a malfunctioning human) with an external pancreas

of course, it's not necessarily bad being a cyborg.
there are cool cyborgs after all ...

 and look at Steve Austin, being a cyborg made him better, faster, stronger ... and upgradeable!
the same is true for me,
an insulin pump will help me be better, healthier, and live longer

not strictly cyborgs - replicants aren't human...

when i was a kid, i remember friends had a 6 million dollar man doll,
i remember rolling back his fake skin to expose the "bionics"

if the pbs won't help you become a cyborg,
a bit of ink might get you there
