years ago, on new years eve, a friend and i would make treasure maps for our future year
it wouldn't actually look like a treasure map.
we would get images from magazines and glue them onto a piece of paper, and hope for the best. i suppose it was just a guide on how to get there.
a few things i'd like to do this year
 |
| run |
i have the couch to 5 km app
and i know someone who's used it and worked it.
 |
| swim |
just plain, ordinary up and down laps to get some strength, fitness and happiness
in some future i'd like to be able to do ocean swimming (i'll have to learn to breathe on each side). doesn't have to be this year
 |
| getting even |
even-ing out my temper and responses
even-ing out my blood sugars
i think both of these depend on getting my diet right (get rid of the processed junk) and bringing in daily exercise

| learning "management" |
 |
opening up to love
