Kath's View was one of the first beach houses to be built in Wye River in the 1950's. Located in one of Wye's best spots, there are no houses directly in front to spoil the ocean view, Kath's View enjoys all day sun and the house is less than a minute's walk to the beach, pub and store.
The top floor consists of a large open area with original 1950's kitchen, two open fires, split system air-conditioning/heating, a large dining room, lounge room and bedroom to one end.
